DEPOSIT & FULL PAYMENT POLICY: Full payment of 100% is due at the time of booking. If the full payment is not received, your reservation may be canceled.
CANCELLATIONS:
Full refund if cancelled 60 days or more before check-in.
50% refund if cancelled 30-60 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A $500 security/damage deposit is required for any rental. Once this deposit is received, you will be given the key code to the lockbox on the front door. The security/damage deposit will be returned when you vacate the unit, and it is clean and undamaged.
PLEASE NOTE: Our shower cannot be used to rinse sand off bodies or beach equipment. Please use the outdoor shower next to the pool restroom. Any sand found in the shower will forfeit your damage deposit. Additionally, please do not color your hair or dye your clothes in our unit.
RATES: All rates are based on a daily rate only. Rates are subject to change and Hawaii State Tax. A $25 per-person per-night charge applies for additional people over 4. We reserve the right to make any changes to rates prior to reservation acknowledgment.
HOUSEKEEPING: Housekeeping service is not included in your rental cost. The unit is supplied with towels and linens. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. Excessive cleaning will be charged to your damage deposit.
REFUNDS: Please report any equipment or appliance failures immediately by calling +1 (516) 633-5211. There will be no rent reductions or refunds for equipment failure. There will also be no refunds or rent deductions for inclement weather.
